This place is clean with an excellent staff and offers a good choice of well-presented meals in a centrally located spot in the Art Deco area.

The location is perfect for walking around the Art Deco Historic District. the room was uniquely decorated and freshly renovated, complete with complimentary drinks and a sea view.

This place is my favorite in the area, a clean and trendy boutique hotel.

Packed breakfast with free of charge selection. Particularly good location for visiting restaurants and bars.

Stayed at the Pelican Hotel for 2 nights in Miami Beach, and it was a fantastic experience. The Art Deco-style building is beautifully renovated and the rooms are uniquely decorated with a great view of the sea. The facilities at the hotel are excellent.

Great location within walking distance of the Art Deco museum and surrounded by plenty of bars in the heart of the art deco district.

Place was clean and safe. Had central location on 7th Avenue. It was new-fashioned, updated and with complementary drinks. Could use a laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating...

Our room here was a good size and looked recently renovated. It also had free drinks, and amazing views from the window! 🌅

The room had a modern feel with eclectic decor. Complementary drinks were provided. The morning meal was complimentary. The location at Lummus Park Beach was marvelous. All staff members were amazingly nice and excellent.

Extremely friendly staff. Magnificent central location next to shopping, nightlife, and the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Mega Pizza located nearby for a quick bite

The Pelican Hotel is located close to an excellent design museum, making it an unbeatable location for our visit. The hotel offers an incredible South Beach experience, with cafes nearby for convenience. A taxi for the evening arrived 

My stay was incredible on holiday. It had great location, so close to shops, cafes, restaurants and shopping and night life and the beach. The lunch in A Fish Called Avalon just next door to the hotel had every choice imaginable.  

The staff was very attentive and offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was a deluxe queen with complementary drinks and eclectic decor. The breakfast had several options available. 

This venue offers a wonderful view of the ocean and is centrally located, making it a charming place to explore the area.
